The film investigates theories on Pearl Harbor and possible conspiracy(s) there has been much debate as to how and why the United States had been caught unaware, and how much and when American officials knew of Japanese plans and related topics.
Some argue that various parties knew of the attack in advance and may even have let it happen or encouraged it in order to force America into war. Film includes issues of The Pearl Harbor advance – knowledge debate and others.
During the lead up to the attack, the commander of the Japanese task force, Vice Admiral Chuichi Nagumo, received bulletins from Vice Consul Tadashi Morimura in Hawaii. Morimura’s real name was Takeo Yoshikawa, a Japanese naval officer who had been assigned to Hawaii on espionage duty in April 1941.
Yoshikawa’s bulletins were intercepted, decrypted, and translated by the Office of Naval Intelligence, and the intercepts were also sent to Washington, but Admiral Kimmel did not receive this information. He omits mentioning that many of these were not decrypted or translated before the Japanese attack.

Vanunu told the world that Israel had developed between one hundred and two hundred atomic bombs and had gone on to develop neutron bombs and thermonuclear weapons. Enough to destroy the entire Middle East and nobody has done anything about it since. It’s thought plutonium is made in Dimona; nuclear weapons are assembled at Yodefat and stored at Zachariah and Eilabun. Three nuclear submarines are based in Haifa and Israel’s biological and chemical warfare laboratories are at Nes Ziona.
Israel never comments on such reports. But evidence continues to emerge. In 1992 an Israeli cargo plane crashed in Amsterdam killing forty-three people. The Israelis claimed it was carrying flowers and perfume. It took six years and a Dutch parliamentary enquiry before they admitted it was carrying DMMP, a key component for sarin nerve gas. The DMMP was bound for The Israeli Institute of Biological Research at Nes Ziona, one of Israel’s most secret defence sites. It is subject to no international inspection and reporting of its activities in Israel is prevented by strict military censorship.

Based on the Christopher Hitchens book, this film might more accurately be entitled “The Crimes of Henry Kissinger” as it lays out evidence that Mr. Kissinger not only did not deserve his Nobel Peace Prize, but likely should be tried in international court for crimes against humanity for his role in Vietnamese, Cambodian, Chilean, and Indonesian atrocities. There is much fascinating history in this film.
